Bodies of 17 Turkish soldiers brought to Hakkari 2022-11-27 14:24:04   HAKKARİ-  The bodies of 17 soldiers who lost their lives in Zap, Avaşîn and Metîna were brought to the hospitals in Hakkari.   The clashes intensified in the attacks carried out by Turkey against the Zap, Avaşîn and Metîna regions of the Federated Kurdistan Region. In the statements made on November 25-26 , the Ministry of Defense announced that Eyüp Uğurlu, Mehmet Demir, Duabey Onur Öztürkmen, Mustafa Yıldız and İsmail Ünal lost their lives in the clashes. In addition, it was announced that 3 rangers were injured in the lightning strike, and Mustafa Işık, who was injured for the same reason, also lost his life.   17 BODIES HAVE BEEN BROUGHT   However, the bodies of 17 soldiers have been brought to the hospitals in Hakkari and its districts in recent days. The bodies of some soldiers were taken to different cities by cargo planes from the airport in Gever (Yuksekova). 11 soldiers and rangers injured in the same clashes were brought to the Serê Sêvê Field Hospital and Şemdinli State Hospital established in Çelê (Çukurca). It was reported that 1 ranger and 3 soldiers, who were seriously injured, were transferred to Van Training and Research Hospital by helicopters.   It was also learned that high-ranking soldiers confiscated digital phones at military bases and outposts on the border line.   There was a power outage in villages and settlements close to the areas where clashes were intense. Also, internet connections have been tampered with.
