	ANKARA - The Constitutional Court rejected HDP's application for the closure case to be postponed until after the election.

	 

	The Constitutional Court (AYM) rejected HDP's application to postpone the closure case until after the election. In its application made on March 15, HDP stated that it was not possible to make a verbal self-defense due to the earthquakes and demanded that the case be postponed due to its effects on the elections.

	 

	HDP Deputy Chairperson of the Legal Commission Serhat Eren stated that they will evaluate this decision of the Constitutional Court at the Central Executive Board (MYK), and that they will announce their stance on the verbal self-defense and the case later.
