	AMED – Newroz fire was lit during the final Newroz celebrations held in Amed.

	&nbsp;

	Celebrations are held with the motto "Rabe dema azadî û serkeftinê ye (Rise up, its time for freedom and success)" in the Newroz Park in Amed's Rêzan district. Newroz fire was lit during the enthusiastic celebrations. The enthusiasm reached its peak when the slogans of "Bijî Serok Apo Long live Leader Apo)" were raised.&nbsp;

	Many people threw some of their clothes into the area where the torch was located, fueling the Newroz fire.
