Attacks on North and East Syria continue 2025-01-10 14:30:04   NEWS CENTER - The attacks of Turkey and the SNA against Tişrîn, Sirrîn and Til Temîr continue. The vigil started by the people to stop the attacks entered its third day.    Since 27 November, Turkey and the Syrian National Army (SNA) have been attacking the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.   SIRIN   Turkey and SNA bombarded Sirrîn district of Kobanê and its surroundings 3 times since morning. It is learnt that the granaries targeted in the bombing were destroyed.   TIŞRÎN DAM   The area around the Tişrîn Dam, where citizens were keeping vigil, was also shelled. Turkey and the SNA are bombarding villages in the Tishreen Dam area. According to Hawar News Agency (ANHA), there is no information about the results of the attacks.    Clashes are taking place between the fighters of Manbij Military Council and SNA fighters north of the dam. The fighters destroyed a vehicle belonging to the SNA. Intensified clashes continue in the region.    PEOPLE'S VIGIL CONTINUES   The resistance of the people of North and East Syria from Tabqa, Rakka, Cizîrê and Fırat cantons to Tishreen Dam continues for 3 days. Citizens participating in the vigil on the dam said that they will continue their protests until the clashes do not stop.    It is learned that Turkey bombarded Misleta village and its surroundings in Til Temir. No information on damage and loss of life could be obtained in the village where the bombing continued.   MINE EXPLOSION   In different parts of Syria, 3 people, including a child, lost their lives due to the explosion of mines and explosives left over from the war.   A citizen in Merenaz village in Shahba region died when an old mine exploded while he was working in his field. A child was killed when an old mine exploded in al-Qasimiye village in the west of Aleppo. Three people were wounded in the incident. On the other hand, a person from al-Amour tribe died in Jazal region west of the city of Tamerm as a result of a landmine explosion.   According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), with the latest data, the number of people who lost their lives due to the explosion of war remnants since the beginning of 2025 has reached 34, including 6 children and 2 women. 56 people, including 30 children, were injured.
