As attacks by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS-ISIS) and paramilitary forces affiliated with Turkey on Kobanê continue, Heyva Sor a Kurd Co-chair Hediye Abdullah announced that four children had lost their lives in the city due to the siege and severe cold. 

 

All roads connecting Kobanê to the outside World are closed; electricity, water and medicine supplies have been completely cut off. In addition to the lack of fuel and medicine, heavy snowfall in the region has further worsened the living conditions of the people.
