HAKKARİ - HDP gave the start of the Hakkari branch of the 'democracy march against coup'. HDP Co-Chair Mithat Sancar said they will be marching for solution and justice.

 

The start of the Hakkari branch of the People's Democratic Party (HDP) march to Ankara, with the slogan "March of democracy against coup" was given. HDP Co-Chair Mithat Sancar, Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-Chair Berdan Öztürk, Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Saliha Aydeniz, Peoples Democratic Congress (HDK) Co-Spokesperson Sedat Şenoğlu, SYKP Co-Chair Canan Yüce, ESP Co-General Vice President Beycan Taşkıran, HDP's CEC and PM members, MPs and party members went to the party building in the morning for the start of the march.

 

 

STATE OF EMERGENCY MEASURES IN HAKKARI 

 

The street where the party building is located was blockaded by the police early in the morning. The police, who set up barricades on all streets, also positioned armored vehicles in many places in the city center. Again, snipers were placed on the buildings.

 

Despite all this, the start of the march was given with a statement.
