The death fast lawyers Ebru Timtik and Aytaç Ünsal started demanding fair trial continues. Timtik is on the 198th day of the death fast while Ünsal is on the 167th day. Both are in critical condition.

 

Timtik spoke to her aunt Yıldız Deniz on the phone last night from Silivri Prison.

 

 

HARDER THAN HUNGER

 

Timtik whose case files are being examined by the Supreme Court stated that they are waiting for the decision of the Supreme Court. Timtik said: "We don't want justice only for ourselves. We are struggling for our rights. If we are released, we will be able to fight for the rights of the people. Right now we are demanding justice with our hands tied. We can not do anything. That hurts us the most."

 

Timtik who stated that she wants to fight for this country, said: "Our hands are tied and this is harder than hunger for us. I am greeting everyone who are supporting us. If we will be able to be released, we'll come running to the struggle where we left off."

 

'I WILL GO TO DERSIM IF I AM RELEASED'

 

Ebru said: "I missed Dersim a lot. If I am released Dersim will the first place I'll visit. I can't recover if I don't go to Dersim. This is how deep I feel about it."

 

Her family shared the information that Timtik has lost more than 30 kilos, have trouble consuming liquids and speak.
