Childless man dismissed with a law decree for having his child educated in FETÖ school

BATMAN - The application single man Muhammed Zekeriya Özdil who was dismissed from his job with a law decree for having his child educated in a school belonging to Fettullah Gülen made, was rejected by the State of Emergency (OHAL) Investigation Committee with the allegation that he was affilliated with PKK.
 
The file of Muhammed Zekeriya Özdil who was dismissed from a public office in Batman with a law decree (KHK) on grounds of 'intelligence about him being affiliated with PKK reveals how deep injustice and arbitrariness lies. Özdil is being accused of having his child educated in a school belonging to Fettullah Gülen (FETÖ), although he is single and does not have a child. He is also being accused of having an account in Bank Asya (a bank affilliated with FETÖ), although he does not have an account in that bank. Curiously, despite all the documents in Özdil's file are about him being affilliated with FETÖ, Özdil is accused of being affilliated with PKK which lead to the rejection of his application to the State of Emergency Investigation Committee (OHAL).
 
Muhammed Zekeriya Özdil, who worked as a civil servant in the Social Security Institution (SGK) and was also the Representative of the Bureau of Laborers' Union, was dismissed from his public duty on January 6, 2017 with Decree No. 679. Özdil's application to return to work for the OHAL Investigation Review Commission was rejected. With the rejection of Özdil's application, it was revealed that reports were prepared on 152 people working in the provincial directorate of SGK. In the 152-page "intelligence" report submitted to the OHAL Investigation Review Commission, the data on the 20th page and the information on the 90th page denies each other.
 
In his dismissal report, it was claimed that Özdil was married even though he is not, had his children educated in FETÖ schools, although he doesn't have any children, had a bank account in Bank Asya, although he doesn't have an account and it was claimed that he had a passport, although he did not. However these same claims were refuted in another page of the report.
 
In the investigation documents prepared by the Provincial Security Directorate TEM Branch Directorate, Özdil, who was charged with FETÖ although there is a report that says no investigation was launched against him was dismissed from public duty with the accusation of being a member of FETÖ, but his application to the OHAL Investigation Review Commission was rejected on grounds that he is affilliated with PKK.
 
Özdil who stated that the OHAL Investigation Review Commission has an unreasonable approach, said that the fact that he doesn't have anything to do with FETÖ and this fact was confirmed and documented by the police. Özdil said: "I have struggled against reactionary structures throughout my life. They first tried to affilliate me to FETÖ and could not manage to find a link. Then they accused me of being affilliated with PKK."
 
Saying that he is not married and does not have children, Özdil said he never applied for a passport but the reports says he has a passport. Özdil stated that thousands of public servents were victimized in a frivolous manner, said: "It is understood that I was dismissed from my office because I sent my children to FETÖ schools, even though I don't have any children and that I have a bank account in Bank Asya, even though I don't have an account. All public servents victimized like this, including myself, must be reinstated to their office as soon as possible."
