ANKARA- HDP will initiate the third phase of the "Democratic Struggle Program" in Istanbul and Mardin with the motto "We protect our will together". The campaign will end with a chain of peace to be held on September 1.

 

Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) will start the third phase of the "Democratic Struggle Program" in Istanbul and Mardin tomorrow. HDP will complete the democratic struggle program consisting of three phases. The Democratic Struggle Program started with a democracy march, held democracy meetings for the second phase, and will complete the program with a chain of peace.

 

The slogan of the third phase of the campaign will be 'Together for peace against war, freedom against isolation'. The third phase will start with a press release to be held by HDP Co-Chair Pervin Buldan in İstanbul, and a simultanious press release to be held by HDP Co-Chair Mithat Sancar in Mardin. The slogan of the third phase will be 'We protect our will together'. Following the press releases, the reports on trustees' attacks against the will of the Kurds and the women will be shared.

 

Within the scope of the campaign, public meetings and tradesmen visits will be held in provinces such as Antep, Ağrı, Muş, Bursa, Muğla and Manisa with the participation of co-chairs between 20-28 August.

 

HDP delegations will also visit non-governmental organizations and various institutions in the region and western provinces with the slogan 'Together for peace against war, freedom against isolation' between 15-27 August.

 

FINAL WITH A CHAIN OF PEACE

 

Final declaration of the program will be shared with the public on August 31. And the final will be with a chain of peace on September 1. Chains of peace will be formed in provinces like Istanbul, Diyarbakır, Adana, Antalya, Urfa, Van, Ankara and Izmir on September 1.
