Bilgen: Those who consider appointing trustees should read the memoirs of Russian Military Governor

KARS - Kars Co-Mayor Ayhan Bilgen said he only drinks water after being poisoned. Bilgen said: "Those who consider appointing trustees should read the memoirs of Russian Military Governor" regarding the allegations of a trustee to be appointed to Kars Municipality

 
HE ONLY DRINKS WATER
 
Informing that he has been consumin only water following the poisioning, Bilgen said: "Greetings to everyone. Both the staff here and the hospital staff did their part. But under these conditions, eating the same food here  will interrupt my treatment. I will only drink water from now on as long as I am detained."
 
Regarding the allegations of a trustee to be appointed to Kars Municipality, Bilgen said: "Those who consider appointing trustees should read the memoirs of Russian Military Governor about Kars. When the governor could not manage the city, he had to establish a Council."
