MALATYA - Warrant of arrest issued for journalist Nuri Akman during his hearing.
A law suit was filed against Journalist Akman on grounds of the news he had done in the Kobané province of North and East Syria, the photos he took and the his social media activity, accusing him of 'being a member of an illegal organization', and he was sentenced to 6 years and 3 months of prison as a result. The decision was overturned by the Court of Appeal.
At the third hearing of the case held at Malatya 2nd High Criminal Court, a warrant for his arrest was issued.
The hearing was postponed to November 12.
