Second group takes over the hunger strikes in prisons

DİYARBAKIR- The second group took over the indefinite rotating hunger strike that started in prisons with the demand of ending the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

 
The second group took over the indefinite rotating hunger strike that started in all prisons on November 27, demanding an end to the isolation imposed upon PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan. The detainees take turns  hunger striking in groups for 5 days.
 
Celalettin Gürgen, Garip Nazlıer, Onur Kangal, Hamdusena Ada and Şahin Karahan, who are detained in Diyarbakır D Type Closed Prison, announced that they started the action as of today as the second group.
 
The action of the prisoners will transfer to the 3rd group after 5 days.
