Prison sentence of Gergerlioğlu upheld by court

ANKARA - The prison sentence given to HDP Kocaeli MP Gergerlioğlu was upheld by the Supreme Court of Appeals.
 
Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Kocaeli MP Gergerlioğlu was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison on the allegation of "propagandandizing a terrorist organization". The prison sentence was upheld by the 16th Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals.
