MARDİN - Authorities are trying to cover up the sexual assault of a minor by police officer Y.Y. It was learned that the authorities said, "If Mesopotamia Agency hears about this everyone will be in trouble."
It was revealed that traffic police Y.Y sexually assaulted a 12 year old boy who brought take away food for him on February 25 at the Derik district of Mardin. While a confidentiality order was placed on the file by the Derik Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, police officer Y.Y was sent to prison.

The surveillence videos at the scene turned out to be collected by the police to cover up the crime. THey later claimed that there were no cameras at the crime scene.
