NEWS CENTER - MSD Presidential Council Member Mihemed Eli Hesen, who evaluated Turkey's threats of attack against Northern and Eastern Syria, stated that the aim is to avenge ISIS and said, "All components of the region must stand against these tyrants and invading gangs."

Mihemed Eli Hesen, a member of the Presidential Council of the Syrian Democratic Council (MSD), spoke to Hawar News Agency (ANHA) about the attacks on Northern and Eastern Syria and the project called "Safe Zone". Pointing out that AKP President Tayyip Erdogan is threatening to attack Northern and Eastern Syria making calculations for the upcoming general elections, Mihemed Elî Hesen said: "The Turkish state is trying to restore its Ottoman dreams."

Mihemed Elî Hesen, who stated that Turkey has expanded the range of action of the paramilitary forces with its attacks in the region, said, “The invading Turkish state's plans are not new. There is a long-standing hostility towards the people of the region, especially the Kurdish people. This is a historical enmity. It aims to resurrect the Ottoman Empire by killing the Kurdish people and occupying their lands. Therefore, it is necessary to these threats serious."

THE AIM IS TO AVANGE THE DEFEAT OF ISIS

Emphasizing that Turkey wants to avenge ISIS, which was defeated by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Mihemed Eli Hesen said, “ISIS will resurface in the region and will start terrorist acts in the Hol camp. This will put a lot of pressure on the European states. However, none of them are taking serious precautions."

'RUSSIA WON'T ALLOW IT'

Underlining that the international forces do not approve of a new attack by Turkey, Mihemed Elî Hesen said, "The situation in Russia is very dire. After the Turkish state's threats against Til Rifat, Russia cannot allow Turkey to attack because it has forces there. The invasion of Til Rifat will also pose a threat for Aleppo. The Russians know very well that Erdogan is a fraud and is delaying the opening of the M4 highwaay due to the agreement."

'EVERYONE MUST STAND UP AGAINST INVADING GANGS'

Mihemed Elî Hesen said, "The only way to return to Afrin is to resist," and continued: "The EU has said that there is no such thing as a 'safe zone' when it comes to legal and humanitarian organisations. This is the military area of the Turkish state. It wants to resettle one million militants with their families to this 'safe zone'. He wants to attack Arab states from there as well. For this reason, the Kurdish and Arab peoples and even all the components of the region must stand against these tyrants and invading gangs.”
