NEWS CENTER - Soldier casualties are increasing in the attacks on Turkey's Zap, Avaşîn and Metina regions, which have left their 7th month behind. While the ministry announced the names of 78 soldiers, HPG stated that 2,544 soldiers lost their lives.

In his speech at the General Assembly of the Assembly, Nurettin Canikli, Deputy Chairperson of the AKP and Head of Economic Affairs, gave important clues about the expenditures allocated for military expenditures. Canikli said: "The cost of one smart ammunition fired from F-16s ranges from 400 thousand dollars to 1 million 200 thousand dollars. The domestic penetrating bomb is 1 million 200 thousand dollars." After the aforementioned statements, the attack, which left its 7th month behind, once again brought up the agenda in Zap, Avaşîn and Metina regions, where Turkey carries out airborne attacks almost every day.

8,580 AIR ATTACKS

Hundreds of airstrikes have been carried out so far in the attacks launched on April 14 in partnership with the KDP. In addition to the land attacks, the region is bombarded many times daily by helicopters and warplanes. According to HPG's 7-month balance sheet, the region was bombed at least 8,580 times. Again, prohibited bombs and chemical weapons were used 2,837 times. Considering the land bombs and the costs, a huge expenditure emerges.

THE BALANCE SHEET IS HEAVY

In addition to expenditures, soldier losses are increasing day by day. According to the statements of the Ministry of Defense, 78 soldiers, including many high-ranking soldiers, have lost their lives so far. HPG, on the other hand, announced that 2,544 soldiers and rangers lost their lives in clashes in 7 months. HPG announced that 174 of its members also lost their lives. In the same statement, it was stated that 11 helicopters were shot down.

LOST SOLDIERS

The identities of many soldiers whose names were not disclosed by the ministry during the 7-month period were also revealed by the HPG. HPG announced that NCO Senior Sergeant Yunus Eylik, Specialist Sergeant Ali Taşkın (Siirt Commando Brigade), Specialist Sergeant Mevlüt Çetin and Specialist Sergeant Ahmet Akpınar lost their lives in the clash that broke out in Metina on May 29.

It was recorded that 2 soldiers lost their lives in the clashes that broke out in Girê Amediyê, Girê Martyr Pîrdoxan, west of the Zap on July 7. It was stated that the name of one of the soldiers who lost their lives was Naci Kaygısız and that his body was in the hands of HPG. Afterwards, Kaygısız's tag and the image of the military equipment on it were also shared.

It was stated that on September 11, soldiers named Savaş, Fatih, Gökhan, Serkan, Burak, Naci, Harun, Mert, Oğuz and Fuat lost their lives in the Zap. The Ministry of Defense announced that the soldiers named Harun (Harun Yıldırım), Savaş (Savaş Borlu), Gökhan (Gökhan Ağı) and Fatih (Fatih Kalkan) in the news of the ANF lost their lives.

It was announced that the body of the soldier Mustafa Bazna, who lost his life in Metina and was recorded as a "missing martyr", is in the hands of HPG. The ministry maintains its silence regarding the soldiers, whose names have been announced and whose funeral images have been published.
