ANKARA- National Turkish Student Unity (MTTB)have attacked the symbolic monument of October 10, where 103 people lost their lives in the explosion carried out by 2 suicide bombers. Mehtap Sakinci Coşkun, Co-chair of 10 Ekim-Der said :" This is the most extensive attack on the monument yet. We will start the necesarry judicial process."
There have been an attack on the symbolic monument of the 103 people who lost their lives in the bomb attack on October 10, 2015. It has been learned that the attack was carried out by National Turkish Student Unity (MTTB). The attackers who stenciled their names on the monument where the names of the 103 people died in the attack was written, drew a Turkish flag.
THEY STENCILLED THEIR LOGO
Mehtap Sakinci Coşkun, Co-chair of 10 Ekim-Der reacted to the attack. Coşgun, saying there have been numerous attacks to the monument, emphasized this was the most extensive of them all and said : " There have been partial damages untill now. This attack aims to gum up the monument and this is the first time we know the adressee. National Turkish Student Unity . They printed their own logo."
'THIS IS VANDALISM'
Coşgun drawing attention on the writing on the monument, " This is a marginalising, targeting approach. This approach terrorizes the dead. We are incredibly sad and angry. The attacks to the monument is overt, they are revealing themselves. We have no more patience left for another attack. We will make a denunciation and start the judicial process. This is vandalism. We will never take a step back."
