Objection to the mandate of the AKP candidate who got mandate despite he was discharged with a law decree

MARDİN- HDP have applied to YSK demanding the renewal of the elections because the AKP candidate Mehmet Cüneyt Aksoy won the elections although he was discharged with a law decree.

People's Democratic Party filed an appeal against AKP candidate Mehmet Cüneyt Aksoy based on the Supreme Board of Elections( YSK) verdict that people who were discharged with a decree of law (KHK) can not be mandated.
 
According to the petition of the HDP Co-chair candidate Ahmet İnci, Aksoy was discharged with Law Decree No 677 from Dargeçit Municipality where he worked as a accounting manager in scope of a 'FETÖ' investigation.
