ŞIRNAK- According to the information obtained, the municipality HDP's Songül Erden and Murat Şen took over, is in a 48 million TL debt. It was revealed that the trustee granted the old municipality building area, a vehicle and the safe deposit to Fiscal Directorate.
The municipality which had 578 thousand 868 TL in its safe, is in 48 Million TL debt now. Only 3 of the 36 vehicles belonging to the municipality is in working condition.
Again, according to the information obtained, just lige Cizre and Silopi, some immovables were granted to the third parties just before the elections. The wake house, municipality service building and the area around it was granted to General Directorate of National Real Estate.
The Nissan Navara (Jeep) belonging to the municipality was granted to Şırnak Provincial Security Directorate on March 8.
Erden who uses the Culture and Arts Center as the municipality building, said: "We came across an empty municipality. The trustee have isolated his room which has bullet resistant glass. He made a hiding space for himself. Thats why we said: "The municipalities are no longer the home of the people'.
