Demirhan who had been on hunger strike for 142 days lost his right eye

MARDİN - Bayram Demirhan who ended his hunger strike he joined in Mardin Type E Closed Prison on Öcalan's call, lost his right eye.
 
 
Bayram Demirhan and Ahmet Ürün who joined the hunger strike action on January 5 in Mardin Prison, ended their action on May 27 and was transferred to hospital. Demirhan who wrote a petition to the prison administration about the prison ward of the hospital being in bad condition and demanded to be transferred back to prison.
 
 
 
Lawyers,  Mardin Chamber of Medicine (MTO) and families of detainees who went to prison, confirmed the situation.
