Lawyers applied to visit İmralı

İSTANBUL- The lawyers of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan have applied to Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to meet with their client.

Raziye Turgut, Rezan Sarıca, Serbay Köklü and İbrahim Bilmez, the lawyers of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, who has been imprisoned in Imralı High Security F Type Closed Prison, filed another application to the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to meet with their client.
 
Two of Öcalan's lawyers, Nevroz Uysal and Rezan Sarıca, were able to visit their client on the dates of May 2, May 22, June 12, June 18 and August 7, 2019 after 8 years of not being able to visit. There has been no positive or negative response to any of the applications filed by the lawyers since August 7, 2019.
