İSTANBUL – Underlining that a great racist delirium has occured during the transportation of the refugees to the border, Evrensel writer Ercüment Akdeniz said: "The social fault lines that have already been broken for 9 years faced a social earthquake. We are on the verge of a social earthquake."

Following the death ot the soldiers in Idlib, Turkey transferred the refugeesit has been using as a bargaining chip against Europe to the borderç Refugees flocked to the Pazarkule and Ipsala border gates when they heard President Erdoğan saying they have opened the borders. Greek soldiers are waiting for the refugees who uses the border gates and Evros River to get to Greece.  While the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that 137 thousand 647 refugees migrated to Greece, 6 refugees died while trying to cross the border. While a limited amount of aid is available to thousands of refugees waiting to cross the border, refugees are left out in the fields. Ercüment Akdeniz, the writer of Evrensel Newspaper, who toured the border line in Edirne, shared his observations about refugees.

'THERE IS A RACIST DELIRIUM'

Underlining that a racist delirium has occured during the transportation of the refugees to the border, Akdeniz said: "People were honking, cursing, threatening the refugees. They endured a great deal of insults and humiliation and took their kids and got to the borders anyway.  How will they come back and live with those who insult him? Social fault lines, which have already been broken for 9 years, faces a social earthquake. We are on the verge of a social earthquake. As a matter of fact, lynching events started in places such as Maraş and Samsun. This means  people are being poisoned with racism. The consequences of this will be severe and this cannot be prevented by the political institutions."
