MARDİN - MARSU, which is affiliated to the Mardin Metropolitan Municipality under the management of the trustee, has made a new raise under the name of "maintenance fee".
The Water and Sewerage Administration (MARSU) affiliated to Mardin Metropolitan Municipality, where Mustafa Yaman, the Governor of Mardin was re-appointed as a trustee on August 19, 2019, made a new raise to water. MARSU has set the 'maintenance fee' which was previously calculated as 2 percent over the waste water and drinking water in the city, as 4 percent excluding VAT.
DOUBLE RAISE IN CORONA DAYS
The second raise which was potponed due to reactions will become effective as of March 31. Thus, the people will be paying double raised bills during the time in Turkey where coronavirus has claimed more than 100 citizen's lives.
