While thousand of ordinary prisoners were released as a result of the new law on execution during the coronavirus outbreak, tens of thousands of political prisoners  were left in prisons despite the danger of the epidemic. Family of Hasan Aşa (55), who is a prisoner in Diyarbakır No 4 Type T Closed Prison is one of these families. Aşa who was sentenced to 13 years and 6 months of prison sentence with the accusation of 'being a member of an illegal organization' and 'propagandizing an illegal organization' has been on dialysis for 10 years and imprisoned for 6 years.
