NEWS CENTER - From February 2 to date, 6,845 trucks and military vehicles have entered the Syrian territory. The number of Turkish soldiers who were deployed in Idlib and Aleppo during the same period exceeded 10,400.
Turkish forces continue bringing in military and logistical reinforcement to their positions in the area of “Putin-Erdogan”, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
SOHR reported that a new Turkish military column of tens of vehicles has crossed into the Syrian territory, via Kafr Lusin crossing on Iskenderun border. The vehicles headed to Turkish positions in the “de-escalation zone”.
“As Turkey keeps sending more military reinforcement to NW Syria, the number of Turkish military units, which entered the “de-escalation zone” since the new ceasefire came into effect has risen to 3,435, in addition to the entry of hundreds of soldiers,” SOHR said.
From February 2 to date, SOHR activists monitored the entry of more than 6,845 trucks and military vehicles to the Syrian territory, including tanks, personnel carriers, armored vehicles, mobile bulletproof guard booths and military radars. Meanwhile the number of Turkish soldiers who were deployed in Idlib and Aleppo during the same period exceeded 10,400.
SOHR also stated that there are 450 militants deployed to Libya so far and 318 people, 18 of whom are children were killed.
