Detainees being brought to Ankara

ANKARA - People detained in simultaneous house raids in several cities this morning are being brought to Ankara as part of an investigation. 

House raids were conducted in 19 cities including Amed (Diyarbakır), Mêrdîn (Mardin), Şirnex (Şırnak) and Ankara as part of the investigation conducted by Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. A large number of people, including co-mayors, journalists, politicians, lawyers and trade unionists, are being brought to Ankara for testify procedures. 
 
TESTIFIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE TAKEN ON FRIDAY
 
While the testifies of the detainees are expected to be taken on Friday, it is stated that there is a restriction order on the file.
 
EYE WITNESS REPORTS, SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
 
The file of the investigation initiated with the allegations of "terror organization membership" and "propaganda" contains witness and secret eye witness reports. It was noted that the posts made by DEM Party Labour Commission Co-Deputy Chairperson Sevtap Akdağ Karahanlı on her virtual media account were cited as an element of crime.
