DERSİM - There was no release decision in the 13th hearing of the lawsuit opened against the niece of Mithat Konak who came to Dersim on a wheelchair for his niece.
The 13th hearing of the lawsuit filed against Dersim Konak, who has been detained for 3 years in Hilvan T Type Closed Prison in Urfa, was held at Tunceli 2nd High Criminal Court. Konak attended the hearing with the Audio and Video Information System (SEGBİS) from the prison. Only Konak's lawyer was allowed at the hearing on the grounds of the coronavirus outbreak. Uncle Mithat Konak, who came to Dersim city center with his wheelchair, demanding justice from Hozat, was not allowed at the hearing.
The witness who testified against Konak withdrew their statement. Konak denied all charges against her and demanded her release, so did her lawyer.
The court postponed the hearing to November 17, and decided for Konak to remain in prison.
