DİYARBAKIR- In Diyarbakır, where 394 people lost their lives in the earthquake, 15 of the 39 people detained within the scope of the investigation launched due to the destroyed buildings were arrested.

 

15 of 39 people, who were detained within the scope of the investigation launched by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office due to the buildings destroyed by the earthquake and the loss of life, were arrested in Diyarbakır where 394 people lost their lives in the search for 10 provinces affected by the Maraş which is epicenter of earthquake. After the completion of their procedures at Diyarbakır Security Directorate yesterday, 22 of 39 people who were referred to the prosecutor's office were released as part of a judicial control measure. 2 people were released after the prosecution statements.

 

19 buildings were destroyed in Diyarbakır due to the earthquake. 394 people lost their lives and 902 people were injured in the 6 destroyed buildings. It is estimated that there are still 20 people in the rubble of the Diyar Galeria site, which was destroyed in the central Yenişehir district.
