Mızraklı, who will be tried with a prison sentence request, ranging from 7 years 6 months to 15 years with the accusation of 'being a member of an illegal organization', is expected to attend the hearing through the Voice and Video Information System (SEGBİS) from Kayseri Bünyan T2 Prison where he is held.

 

Ayverdi who stated that she is an anesthesiologist in her testimony and that they worked together in the same hospital at the time when Mızraklı was a physician claimed that Mızraklı treated a militant in that period. However, according to the Social Security Institution records, Ayverdi did not work at that hospital in question during the time she mentioned.
