The invading Turkish army targeted the house of the Zêdan Xelef El Isa family living in the Sefawiyê village of Ain Issa with tanks. Four people from the same family were killed in the attack.
Vahap Işıklı from the Mesopotamia Ecology Movement pointed out that forest fires are caused by a systemic problem, and said, “Burning down forests for rent in the West become security-oriented in the region.
